The No. 1 golfer on the planet has not won the Masters since Tiger Woods did it in 2002. That is almost 10 years and a half of pointlessness for the best player on the planet at Augusta National. Golf is the main game in which this kind of subtlety could happen and not be viewed as a peculiarity, but rather never has there been a superior possibility of closure that streak than this year when Dustin Johnson tees it up at the 2017 Masters.
